Our Stake Center is located in the LDS Institute Building next to USU at 600 Darwin Ave, Logan, UT.
You’ll find the Stake Presidency Offices in the northwest corner on the first floor. We recommend parking under the building or in the lots to the north or west.
Please arrive 10 minutes early for your appointment, dressed in your Sunday best. If you need assistance remembering your appointment, just let us know, and we’ll happily send you a reminder text.

Temple Recommend Renewals
If you have your recommend from the bishopric, please text your name, Ward, and a note about getting your recommend renewed to 435-764-7933 with 2-3 possible days/times you are available to meet with President Peterson or President Chang (preferably Sunday afternoon or M-F 9am-3pm). Please plan on a 15-minute interview.
Missionary Service
You will receive a link, via text and email, from the Stake Clerk, Hal Fronk 435-512-7024, about 1-3 weeks after your mission paperwork has been successfully submitted by your bishop to the Stake. Plan on a 30-minute conversation.
Living Ordinance Recommends
If you have your recommend from the bishopric, please text your name, Ward, and nature of the visit to Eric, the Stake Executive Secretary, at 435-764-7933 with 2-3 possible days/times to meet with President Horsley (preferably Sunday afternoon or Thursday evening). Please plan for a 20-minute conversation. NOTE: For sealings, plan on meeting 2-3 weeks before your wedding day, and after you have your Marriage License from the County.
Priesthood Advancement
Please text your name, Ward, and a note about your priesthood advancement to 801-866-5231 with 2-3 possible days/times you are available to meet with President Peterson or President Chang (preferably Sunday afternoon or M-F 9am-3pm). Please plan for a 15-minute conversation.
