The Church Handbook details that meetinghouses are used to (1) make and renew covenants through sacred ordinances; (2) meet together; (3) worship and pray together; (4) teach and minister to one another. Other guidelines include:

Reservations needed for Institute events or to fulfill callings will take priority over personal or out-of-unit requests
Out-of-unit requests will not be granted more than 30 days in advance and cannot be guaranteed as the Institute and Logan YSA 3rd Stake have first use privileges.
Please respect the sacred nature of the meetinghouse by cleaning up after your event.
In case of a scheduling conflict, every effort will be made to find a space.
If your request is approved, please review this checklist to help ensure proper cleanup at the conclusion of your event.


